Once upon a time there lived a beautiful princess who loved the Ocean. She spent every day walking along the beaches of her kingdom opening every single shell in sight hoping that it would contain a precious pearl to add to her collection.
Day by day, she became weighted down in beautiful pearls gifted by suitors from other kingdoms, but never accepted their proposals. The Pearl Cove Princess had already fallen in love with the sea, and could never imagine a life trapped inside a castle.
Legend has it, when she finally had enough pearls in her collection to hold her down to the sea floor, she was seen walking into the water never to return to the real world. While no one ever saw her in the human world again, our mer-creatures in Jackalope Land spotted a beautiful pearl laden creature walking the floor of the ocean and dancing in the waves.
Made from a silk satin base, with freshwater and glass pearls beaded all over it by hand, and an optional chiffon ruff that sits under the chin.
One size fits all with corset lacing at the back (which is not shown in the images), but please feel free to add your neck circumference in the purchase notes if you feel like you might need it a different size.
The neckpiece at the back with corset lacing so it is incredibly adjustable to all neck sizes.
