Rosie Gunn is a Cowgirl from the Crystal Deserts. Always dressed to the nines, she spends her days at the Rattlesnake Rodeo Ring where she hustles the rough n tumble cowboys. Yes she looks soft and sweet on the outside, and thats exactly how she tricks people into her game. The truth is, Rosie rides Rodeo Rattlesnakes like no other- and makes a living doing so. It goes without saying that she spends all her winnings on rose quartz and the cutest pastel looks from the Crystal Deserts, but can you blame her?

This top is made from soft silk satin, with gorgeous cowboy style detailing on the back and chest. The front has been hand-beaded with pearls from our mermaid cove, as well as roses and stars on the chest and shoulders. The back and arms are beaded with cosmic third eyes, and sparkly stars like those that shine throughout the desert. Some say the eyes on this shirt represent the tears shed by all those she defeats down at the Rattlesnake Ring- but that could just be a myth. 
The collar has "Jackalope Land" beaded on it in hot pink beads, the place where Rosie has spent her whole life. 

The shirt does up with little gold buttons down the front, and a tie top feature. 

This shirt goes perfectly with our matching high waisted shorts and chaps, or can be styled with other pieces for a little cowgirl flair!

How Long Until I Get My Magic?

In Jackalope Land, our mythical creatures work as hard as possible to get your item up and out as quickly as possible–but all of our magic is handmade and cannot be rushed. We try to keep all items in stock but be prepared to wait (maximum) 4 weeks before it is shipped.

How does it work?

If the item you ordered is labeled “in stock” we will post it out immediately and it should be with you in 1-2 weeks (plus 2-3 days processing time). 

If the item you ordered is labeled “made to order”, we usually need 4 weeks to make the magic, then 1-2 weeks for it to arrive at your door. 

So in most cases, the longest you will wait for your sparkles is 6 weeks.

If you have a deadline we need to meet dont worry! Just send us an email so we can give you a time estimate and we’ll try our best to work around your deadlines as well. 

Please note that when we send your tracking number to you, it is your responsibility to keep an eye on your package and inform us if it does not arrive within a maximum of three weeks from the date your tracking number was sent to you. If there are any delays, we recommend contacting your local post office. If there is a problem, feel free to send us an email and we will help in any way we can. 

Shipping & Postage

At the moment we post all of your items with EMS Express International from our mermaid lagoon in the depths of Indonesia. We take up to 3 days to process your order before it is posted. You then have the option of regular post (6-10 days) or express (3-5 days), or can even opt for fedex 2-3 day delivery. 

Duties and Taxes

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. As much as our naughty little unicorns want to change the value of the package so that you don't have to pay customs tax–we have to stop them as it is against the law. 

If you refuse a package from Jackalope Land, you are responsible for original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Jackalope Land. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

Unfortunately we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary country by country. If you have any questions, you are advised to contact your local customs.

 

Returns and Exchanges FAQ

Our mythical creatures in Jackalope Land all work really hard to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchased sparkle. If you get an item and are not happy with it, we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange.

How do I return?

  • Visit our returns center.
  • Enter your order number and email address.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and instructions.

 

IMPORTANT: Please make sure to mark the item as a gift and with a value lower than $50USD for shipping, otherwise the sender will be responsible for import duty.

What items are returnable? 

  • Within 14 days from the date of receiving the item
  • Items in unused and re-sellable condition
  • Items in the original packaging with any tags intact
  • Any items that are not "Custom Made"

If you have been sent an incorrect or faulty item, reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the item and we will cover the shipping cost to return it. Please leave a note in your return to describe what is wrong about the item received, with photographic evidence so we can approve your return.

Otherwise we unfortunately cannot offer free returns as we are a small independent business. The buyer is responsible for covering the postage costs both ways. We recommend returning the item using tracked postage, as we cannot take responsibility for any items that do not reach us.

As some of our postage cost is included in our pricing, please note that a 15GBP processing and postage fee is nonrefundable upon the purchase of any item.

What items are non-refundable? 

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted items (if applicable)
  • Custom Orders (made to measure or custom items)
  • Items that have been worn or damaged. 

Please note if you send us back an item that is non-refundable, you will need to cover the shipping to get it sent back to you. 

Can items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit (if applicable)

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5-7 working days after approval.
